OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is more than words on a page. It guides the way we care for children, plan our spaces and make decisions every day. With children at the centre and our Safety Squad values leading the way, we want every child to feel safe, included and free to be themselves at OOSH.

Our Values -

Frankie reminds us that little acts of kindness can make someone’s whole day. We invite others to play, look out for our friends and help everyone feel welcome.

Iggy believes there’s room for everyone at OOSH. We celebrate what makes us different, listen to each other and make sure everyone has a chance to join in.

Sammy helps us make OOSH a place where children feel safe to play, explore and speak up. We look out for one another and listen when someone needs help.

Wade reminds us to check in with ourselves and each other. Whether we need to move, rest, talk or take a quiet moment, it’s okay to ask for what we need.

Remy reminds us that every voice matters. We listen, use kind words, play fairly and treat people the way we’d like to be treated.

Ella loves caring for the world around us. We respect nature, look after our shared spaces and find little ways to make a difference every day.
